Special cleaning works

Washing of windows and glass facades

Window cleaning includes glass washing and cleaning of window sills and frames. Exterior washing is carried out at temperatures down to -4 degrees C. In-depth window cleaning is recommended at least 2-4 times a year.

Deep cleaning of carpets

It is important to choose the right cleaning method for carpets that removes accumulated dirt and stains without damaging the fibres of the material. It is advisable to carry out deep clean at least twice a year, as it is very difficult to remove dust and other dirt that has adhered in the fibres. According to the customer’s wishes, we carry out carpet cleaning on site or with transport to our own office.

Deep cleaning of textile furniture

For textile surfaces, including sofas, chairs, armchairs and textile walls, it is essential to choose the right cleaning products and techniques to suit the type of covering material chosen for the item. The correct cleaning methodology will remove the dirt that has accumulated and ensure the cleanliness and durability of the covering material.

Deep cleaning and waxing of PVC and linoleum

PVC coatings are visually similar but differ in composition. The maintenance, deep washing and waxing of the different coatings is carried out according to the nature of the coating, ensuring cleanliness and resistance to wear. Timely deep cleaning and waxing, preferably 2-4 times a year, speeds up daily cleaning and reduces its costs. According to the customer’s requirements, matt, semi-gloss and gloss floor waxes are available.

Deep cleaning and oiling or oil-waxing of wood surfaces

Parquet floor cleaning is carried out with a special floor soap and a lukewarm water solution. We recommend that factory pre-oiled parquet is maintenance oiled immediately after installation. Afterwards, it is recommended to repeat the process 1-3 times a year.

Deep washing of artificial stone surfaces and surface protection with a protective agent

The choice of the method for deep washing ceramic tiles, concrete is based on the specific characteristics of the stone.

Regular deep cleaning preferably 1 to 4 times a year, depending on the site’s fermentability. This ensures cleaning. Depending on the type of stone, for more porous stones we also recommend stone protection, which in turn ensures dirt resistance and a longer life of the stone: depending on the characteristics of the stone, different protection methods are available, including waxing, saturation and dust prevention.

Deep washing of natural stone surface, sanding out minor damage and protecting or polishing with stone protection, crystallisation.

The choice of technology for deep cleaning natural stone is based on the sensitivity and specificity of the stone. Also, whether and to what extent it is possible to restore the stone, to remove mechanical damage. For the treatment, we choose either stone protection (matt or glossy) or glossing/crystallisation.

Regular deep cleaning and protection will ensure the durability, cleaning and wear resistance of the stone.

Glossing of floors

It is possible to polish both unfinished and already waxed floors and natural stone (marble, granite, etc.).

Polishing is carried out with a special maintenance chemistry and a high-speed machine, which make the surfaces significantly stronger and glossier.

Cleaning during and after construction

We provide construction companies with cleaning services during and after construction.In order to ensure that construction work continues, we also clean up debris or surfaces between the various stages of construction. In most cases, it is reasonable for the construction company to outsource the service to avoid overburdening the builders.

During the renovation we will carry out the following works:

● Removing construction dust from floors, walls or ceilings;
● Cleaning of air vents and other fittings, lamps, switches or sockets;
● Dry-cleaning walls of dust;
● Cleaning and scrubbing of floors, including skirting boards, stairs, stone surfaces;
● Cleaning of traps in sanitary rooms;
● Cleaning of sanitary fixtures, including baths, sinks, toilets.

Post-mortem cleaning

Emotions play a major role in post-mortem cleaning, which in most cases makes this type of cleaning very difficult to carry out.

The body decomposes only minutes after death, and the decomposition process depends on the surrounding environment and temperature. The decomposition of the corpse is accompanied by a specific odour, which causes nausea and vomiting. It is important to know that during decomposition, the unpleasant smell indicates the presence of bacteria. It is not the smell that is dangerous to humans, but the bacteria that multiply rapidly during the process. Removing the bacteria also generally removes the smell (unless it has become embedded in the textile furniture).

We offer a post-mortem cleaning service that includes the right cleaning methods, expertise, chemicals, cleaning products (including infectious waste bags) and disposal, which will remove the unpleasant splashy smell from the room. Unfortunately, it is sometimes the case that surfaces can be cleaned, but the damage cannot be undone. The response time for post-mortem cleaning within Tallinn is 3 hours, for the rest of Estonia by arrangement. We use Ecolab’s special cleaning and protection products for post-mortem cleaning. Our professional staff has more than 5 years of experience in this field.
